A raw organic evening with Diana von Cranach

In September to come, we are going do something really special --

That is to do fine dining with a Raw Food Guru, Diana von Cranach (http://greenroomcafe.com.sg/files/The%20Green%20Room%20-%20Chef%20Diana%20Profile.pdf)!!

Diana is the raw food consultant to The Green Room Cafe (http://greenroomcafe.com.sg/) @ Bishan Park II, and has revolutionalised the food quality at The Green Room Cafe since the cafe re-opened beginning of May 2011.

I am a regular at The Green Room Cafe and absolutely like the Balinese/South-East Asian style of her raw cuisines. Recently, I even attended Diana's Raw Food workshop and she made me fell in love with her food even deeper since then.

After the workshop, I decided to bring Organic Goers to get a good taste of Diana's living food. Hence this special session with Diana on 3rd Sep :D

After some careful discussion with Diana's personal assistant, in order to ensure the dinner fits into our theme of organic living, and maximising the benefits of organic goers, The Green Room Cafe promises the following:

i. All raw vegan menu without garlic/onion/honey

ii. min. 90% organic ingredients!

iii. quality sharing session with Diana on her raw diet experience and wellness knowledge

Diana and Green Room Cafe actually target quite an niched up-market clients.

When I negotiated the price with them I managed to push it from SGD80+ to current finalised price of SGD72net (min. 20pax to confirm by 28th Aug).

While I agree it's still a pricey dinner, but given the presence of a raw guru passing on her wisdom I think it's very worth the investment.

Let me know early if you are interested to experience this special dinner of the year, so that we could get this event worked out. If there are fewer than 20pax by 28th Aug, the event will be automatically be cancelled.
