Announcing a new Meetup for Orlando Area Dining Out Group!

What: SAZON 436 - "Dare to Spice Up Your Life"

When: September 20,[masked]:00 PM

Sazon 436
1555 Semoran Boulevard
Winter Park, FL 32792

"Dare to Spice Up Your Life." That's the motto of Sazon 436, an intimate, fine dining Latin restaurant in Winter Park. Be ready to "wow" your taste buds. Sazon436's extensive menu includes diverse meats, poultry, seafoods, salads, among other delicacies. Intimate boutique-style seating, beautiful art, motivating music, and exquisite food await you at Sazon436.

Menu items are extensive and range in price from a modest $10 to approximately $20 (lobster!). They have wine and beer selections as well. Check out their website, along with full menu, here:

This restaurant is tiny, but they are willing to completely open it up to us. Let's take over the place!

Now for a bit of semi-unpleasant business:
Based on an unusually difficult series of events leading up to a previous dinner, as well as some problems with no-shows, I need to ask your cooperation as we move forward. Since this is a small restaurant, we cannot have an unlimited number of attendees. If the event fills up, we will as usual have the manual wait list, meaning if someone cancels, everyone on the waiting list will receive an auto-generated email, and the first to go in and manually change to a YES RSVP will take the spot. I will also ask that if you will NOT be able to make it, that you change your RSVP to a NO as soon as possible, in order to let other diners attend. Last minute cancellations are not only a huge inconvenience (and disappointment!) for the organizers and the restaurant, but very unfair to someone who may have really wanted to attend the event but could not get in. Members who RSVP "yes" for an event and do not show up run the risk of being removed from the group, especially after repeated no-shows. Please be considerate of the group members and the restaurant, who often bring in additional wait staff to accommodate us.

I do hate having to lay down rules - please don't let them push you away. Anyone who has attended our dinners can vouch for the fact that we've had some wonderful experiences, truly amazing food, ALWAYS a lot of fun, and as long as Allison and I can keep this up, that will continue! Hope to see you there!
