Scheduled Talks:
Logic Over Language
Renee Blunt reviews the thought process behind building programs and starting out as a developer. The talk is about the simplification of a problem and how to go about solving that problem using pseudo code. Breaking down programming in this way helps people to understand that the focus shouldn't be on the language as much as it should be on solving the problem itself.
A React Native Game in 72 days
Brandy Bergh (@msbrandymorgan) goes over the necessary steps to take when building a game in React-Native / Redux. It is a gif-based question and answer game built with node, express, mongo, mongoose, react-native, redux, and socket.io. The talk includes a live demo of the game along with several code snippets
