OSHO® Weekend (A mini Pune in Co. Wicklow)

We are delighted to host a weekend of OSHO meditations and discourses in the lovely setting of Sli Na Bande (http://slinabande.ie/ (http://slinabande.ie/)) which is located just outside Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow.

Sli Na Bande is an eco-friendly environment which grows its own food so you can also expect wholesome, tasty and nourishing vegetarian food in a lovely relaxing setting.

The cost per person for the meditations, food and accommodation is only €130 per person. You will be required to share accommodation.

Places are limited to 12 places and we will need €50 deposit to secure your place. Please book by Monday 13th April as we will need to give final numbers to the venue.

Friday:

6.30pm - 7.45pm - Arrival and dinner.

7.45pm - 8.30pm - Welcome, introduction and self awareness exercise.

8.45pm - 9.45pm - OSHO Kundalini Meditation

Saturday:

7am - 8am -OSHO - Dynamic Meditation or a walk in nature (You can choose to do one or the other)

08.30am - 09.30am - Breakfast

10.00am - 11.00am - Self awareness exercise on loving the self

11.00am - 12.00pm - OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation

12.00pm - 1.00pm - Break

1.00pm - 2.30pm - Lunch

2.45pm - 3.45pm - OSHO No Dimensions Meditation

3.45pm - 4.30pm - Feedback and self awareness exercise

4.30pm - 5.30pm - OSHO Kundalini Meditation

6.00pm - 7.00pm - Dinner

7.30pm - 9.30pm - OSHO discourse and gentle dancing

9.30pm - 10.00pm - Herbal tea and feedback

10.00pm - 10.30pm - OSHO Golden Light Meditation

Sunday:

7am - 8am -OSHO - Dynamic Meditation or a walk in nature (You can choose to do one or the other)

08.30am - 09.30am - Breakfast

09.30am - 10.30am - OSHO discourse

10.30am - 11.30am - OSHO Mahmamudra Meditation

11.30am - 12.30pm - OSHO Nataraj

12.30pm - 2.00pm - Feedback followed by lunch

2.00pm - Close of OSHO weekend

As this is an intense programme of events we would ask that you have some experience of OSHO meditations gained from an other event or via OSHO Dublin.

Can I get there by public transport? Yes you can. The 133 bus will take you to the village. Click here for the timetable (http://www.buseireann.ie/pdf/1367495369-133.pdf). Can I just turn up and pay on the day? Unfortunately no that is not possible, we need to finalise numbers with Sli Na Bande by Monday 13th April in advance for accommodation and food.

I have paid my deposit but cannot go - will you refund me? This depends on the time left and whether we can get someone else to take your place.
