Reclaiming Your Health is about the health and wellness you were born with but may have lost over the years. Based on my own experience with being unhealthy for so many years and my training as a Health Coach, we will work together to help you return to well-being. During our get-togethers, we will cover "Primary Foods" which include Relationships, Spirituality, Exercise and Career. We will then focus on "Secondary Foods" which is the actual food we put into our mouths. We will prepare fantastic recipes, share our successes and challenges, and talk about strategies and support for you and your journey back to health!
