IT'S A HARD HIKE...HIKE!

I usually do this hike twice a week.
It's a kinda hard hike..because its a long hike and it has a lot of uphill.
Stats..
Miles..6
Duration 2 to 2.5 hours
Incline ..under 45 degrees
Sometimes when work is slow I have a lot of time to hike ,so I take advantage of it..I dont want to wait around until 7 p.m. to go on a usual hike.I just want to get my cardio and exercise done early..So this is the time and hike that I do...If you want to come along that would be great..
What to bring..
Water,Hiking boots or trail shoes with tread,a snack.a sweater..
The route..starting from parking lot #1 we will go around lower Beacon Hill up to 5 points hang a left and go up to Glendale Peak. Across the ''one horse at a time bridge''..stretch..then up, up,to Mt.Hollywood. We will then hang a right and go back down using Cardiac Trail ,passing water tank 113 and ending up back in the parking area...6 miles or so ..I do it in 2 hours..but not all the time ..we will see..
