Hike to the Hollywood Sign in Griffith Park--the long way

Decided to do this hike again since I need a workout! I last did this hike in Dec.

Hike from the Greek Theatre to the Hollywood Sign (the LOOONG way) Griffith Park. We'll meet at 2 PM in front of the Greek Theatre. We'll leave at 2:15 PM. Address of the Greek Theatre is

Hike is approx. 10 miles RT. It is approx. 6 hours hike! It has 1,000 feet elevation gain. It is advanced hike. You will be tired after this hike since it is looong.

Bring 2-3 bottles of waters and sneakers with good traction. Rain postpones the hike.

No beginners!!!!!

Last time I did this hike, a member was complaining about getting blisters on her foot. May need to bring some mole skin for your shoes and/or bandaids for your feet.

If for some reason you get seperated from us, use the Observatory as your landmark. The Greek is right below it!
