Saturday Griffith Park Hike from Ranger Station

Meet in front of the ranger station. Parking is in the free parking lot. We'll go on a 5-6 miles 800 feet elevation gain hike. Hike will be approx 2-2 1/2 hours. Bring water, sweater since we'll be hiking in the dark, shoes with good traction.

Hike isn't recommended for beginners or out of shape people. The ranger station will be on your right (coming from Los Feliz Blvd.)

We've usually see deer hiking at night! Last 3 hikes we did, we saw deer all 3 times!

Note: The GPS may take you past this building. This building is near the merry-go round--merry-go-round is up the hill. Ranger Station is at the corner. The ranger station will be on your right, if you're coming from Los Feliz Blvd. Look for the building in the pic.

Don't leave valuables in plain site in your cars! There has been some thefts from cars in GP.
