All my life I have been a nervous and scared person. In the past this prevented me from truly engaging in life in terms of trying new things, getting into relationships and generally living up to my potential. Over the years I gradually saw where I was holding myself back and overcame this in some ways but I still harboured strong fearful thinking. This had physical effects on me like palpitations, lack of sleep etc.

In the last few years I have learnt something that has totally transformed my relationship with my fearful thinking. I would love to share this with you in the hope that you will see some truth for yourself that will lead you to have a healthier relationship with your emotions. -So you can lead a life of more ease and less angst.

So if you are curious to find out more come along.
