A weekday Maker space and RaspberryPi workshop for Educators sponsored by:

This evenings agenda:
6pm Doors Open – Hackspace Open for project hacking.
6 – 6:15 Meet and greet
6:15 - 6:30 Talk: Bruce Tulloch – STEM education in Australia
6:30 – 7:00 Lab 1 - Introduction to the RaspberryPi
7:00 – 7:15 Talk: Dominik Fretz – The OpenRov project
7:15 – 8:30 Lab 2 - Making things & Physical Computing
8:30 – 9pm Light refreshments, informal Q&A
Registration for Educators should be made via the School Library Association's registration page (http://slansw.asn.au/events/event/an-evening-with-the-makers-december-5). Educators will receive a Raspberry Pi starter kit to keep as part of the registration. See the registration page for full details.
Registration for Makers is as usual, please RSVP via Meetup. The space will be open, so please bring your project along and do some mid-week hacking ;)
