Are you a P90X or Insanity fan? Have you seen the infomercials and wonder if they work? The Houston Fit Club is a group of people in the Houston area who motivate and support each other to reach their health, fitness, and nutrition goals.  It doesn't matter if you are a P90X regular or just want to workout and just cannot find the time to get to the gym. This Meetup is for you. We are the alternative to the gym. Together we will do group workouts, discuss health and fitness, and encourage each other to reach our goals. We primarily talk about Beachbody products but we welcome anyone who is ready to make a lifestyle change to improve their Health and Fitness through good Nutrition and Exercise. WE WILL PUSH PLAY TOGETHER!
