Hi,
I'm Gail Gatten. My husband, Bill Gatten, and I have been traveling the US for twenty years teaching people how to acquire real estate. We have a growing group of members throughout the US consisting mainly of real estate investors and professionals. We put together about 20 formal gatherings with Bill and I throughout the US every year. Local members form groups called PACRats that meet monthly to discuss real estate and work on real transactions together. Join our Meetup network and we will let you know when there is an event in your area. Let us know if you are currently a network member and would like us to announce a PACRats meeting in your area. Join us as we "PAC" together throughout the US building teams of successful people working with real estate. Realtors®, Mortgage Professionals, and Investors throughout are meeting in your area soon.
