Sorry Kids, Santa will be on vacation in the Philippines for Christmas this year. Actually, I have a little bit of a surprise planned. It's been several months since I've last seen my wife. Well, after the Typhoon, I've been quite anxious to get back to her. See, she thinks I'm coming on January 1st, but little does she know I will be arriving December 9th (the same day this newsletter will go out) in my Santa suit.
Now she's heard me talk often about wanting to come dressed as Santa to pass out gifts and candy to all of the kids in her neighborhood. It's something I've really wanted to do for awhile because most of the kids have never seen Santa live in person before. Even though all of the kids know who Santa is, they've never been able to afford to go to the big city to see him.
Well, this year, Santa will be making a special trip to their village. What's more, when the bell starts ringing and the kids come rushing out to see, she will know who it is (because I've told her that's what I've always wanted to do), but she'll have to restrain herself in order to not giveaway the secret of who Santa is....lol. Then Santa will go give her a big hug and let her know that her husband will be spending Christmas with her. No one knows of this secret except her aunt and uncle, and the driver who's picking me up. I will post the video
