19:45 GrumPHP by Toon Verwerft
Sick and tired of defending code quality over and over again? GrumPHP (https://github.com/phpro/grumphp) will do it for you! This composer plugin will register some git hooks in your package repository. When somebody commits changes, GrumPHP will run some tests on the committed code. If the tests fail, you won't be able to commit your changes. Toon Verwerft (https://twitter.com/toonverwerft) (PHPro (https://twitter.com/PHProtweets)) knows how this will not only improve your codebase, but will also teach your co-workers to write better code following the best practices you've determined as a team.
20:45 A storm Homebrewin by Maxime Fabre
If you've ever had to install anything on a Mac and searched on the web for help, chances are you're familiar with the command “brew install”. Maybe you also know things about linking and unlinking formulas.
But Homebrew (http://brew.sh/) can do so much more than people realize – this talk is about all the marvels hidden in that tool you use every day. Services management, bundling, applications management, Linuxbrew, version locking and switching, and much more.
Maxime Fabre (https://twitter.com/Anahkiasen) is a Software Engineer at madewithlove (https://twitter.com/madewithlove).
