Project prioritization is often a valuable principle overlooked as a key component tomaintaining a successful project portfolio. With complex project dependencies it is difficult to keep your organization's strategic objectives at the center of the process. During this session we will develop a plan to manage projects constrained by limited resources, budgets, and political influences. We will explain how to simplify your process by weighing quantitative project data to make qualitative judgments – to create buy-in for the projects you plan to support.

Each month, Nicholas Hartigan and Chris Talmont, the Co-Chairs of the PMIWDC Reston Luncheon committee, strive to bring you interesting and informative speakers from a wide range of professions. They present these speakers to you in a casual restaurant setting that allows you to network with other professionals of the PMI. All restaurant venues offer maximum seating of approximately 50 guests and each month the event sells out. Pre-registration is required.
