Why are you interested in becoming a paranormal investigator?

I've had experiences myself; and after having spoken to so many people who've had them too, I would like to learn to investigate to perhaps help people find peace about their experiences. I'm from the deep South; the spiritual life is known to us even as children. I've never doubted that there are spirits or that there is an afterlife. For me, assisting in investigations would be confirming what I already know and understand, to some degree. I work well in teams, and although I'm not entirely fearless, I am willing to face my fears in order to find an answer.

Do you have prior experience investigating paranormal activity?

Nope! Not other than trying to figure out my own answers for my own experiences.

Have you personally experienced paranormal activity in the past? Explain...

When I was a child my uncle lived in a very old plantation house. My cousin and I used to sit on a kitchen rug in a hallway in the house and I remember feeling hands on my back pushing us, but no one was there. I wasn't afraid. Doors, cabinets, and drawers would open and close in that house. As well, I once was supposed to meet a friend at her house. Upon pulling up I saw her standing in the upstairs window, looking out at me. The person in the car saw it as well, and commented that our friend beat us there. We knocked and knocked, but no one answered. We were surprised to see our friend pull up several minutes later. We all spent the night and listened as something walked up the stairs beside our room. After my mother died, she visted me. There is no doubt. I saw her face, and smelled her in the room.

What kind of skills or abilities can you bring to the group?

I work as an analyst, writing and interpreting legal documents. It requires deductive reasoning and logic, as well as an ability to perceive and interpret. I also have a very easygoing personality; I don't get upset easily. I do stand up comedy on the side, so I can also use levity to brighten the mood. I work very, very well with a team. I am thorough and willing to do what it takes to get to the bottom of a problem.

What area of the state are you located?

I am in Palm Beach County, in Boynton Beach, but I'm from the Tampa/St Pete area and would be interested in doing investigations there, especially in the Hotel Floridian.

Hi I'm Kristi Lindley and I've been interested in the paranormal my entire life. I'm 36 years old, I live in Boynton Beach, and work in the Real Estate field. I want to learn more about the paranormal, as I've had experiences myself.
