This group is for parents who are suffering the loss of their child\ren to the jurisdiction of CPS (Child Protective Services) due to unreasonable state of affairs. If you are suffering depression, feel a great deal of distress, living in seclusion, lost support, feel lifeless, feel ashamed or embarrassed, or feel like life is not worth living without your child\ren know that you are not alone and these feelings are normal. It is important that we do not give up and that we have others in the same circumstances to grieve with. Those who are welcome are parents that are in the court process with their child/ren in foster care, parents that have had their children adopted, and parents that have gone through the system and have their child/ren back home. The more variety, the more support, stories, and questions answered, as well as finding a reason to live.
