PAAC (Parents of African American Children) is a network of families of African American heritage or interest in the San Fernando Valley, who meet for social and recreational activities to provide opportunities for their children to meet other African American children for the purpose of building friendships with peers who share a common cultural heritage. PAAC also provides parent to parent support, access to positive role models as well as information about community and culturally sensitive family resources. If you are a parent or grandparent of an African American child and you would like to network with other families of African American heritage/interest in the San Fernando Valley, this group is for you!
