Laughter Yoga, laughter Exercises and Laughter Meditation are the focus of our group which meets:
Daily on the phone
Weekly in the park May - Oct
Monthly creating fun events
Our group is open to all and is easy for everyone to do...laughter is for everyone and it creates a more joyful life when done regularly. All Laughter Leaders in this group are Certified in Laughter Yoga training and Certified laughter leader training. Group formed by Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher.
Enjoy getting out of the busy mind and into the joyful heart by letting go with the wonderful deep breathing and playful laughter exercises. A typical laughter sesssion is 45 minutes - 1 hour. Dress comfortably and casually we are very fun and very relaxed as there's already way to much stress out there...we aim to release all that stress and send everyone out more peaceful and joyful!

Every Tuesday at 7pm we are creating laughter alternatives to the Holiday stress so that this holiday you can shift to a focus of joy!
This week our Laughter focuses on the Gift Giving Season.
