Ngong Ping Trail Hike + dinner

Route: Ngong Ping Market --> Tung Chung (Yat Tung Estate) --> then dinner (depending what people like to eat)
The trail passes across mountains, valleys, alongside the cable car towers, angle stations, helicopter landing pads and for much of the way runs directly under the path of the cable cars.

How to get there: Take Bus 23 to Ngong Ping bus terminal from the Tung Chung station Exit B (about 50mins) or take the cable car (about 25mins)

1. Proper shoes
2. Proper clothes, sport wear
3. sunscreen, hat, umbrella,
   4)1 L water or sport drink
4. Light Lunch/snack, apple, granola bar
