Ngong Ping Trail Hike + dinner

Route: Ngong Ping Market --> Tung Chung (Yat Tung Estate) --> then dinner (depending what people like to eat)
The trail passes across mountains, valleys, alongside the cable car towers, angle stations, helicopter landing pads and for much of the way runs directly under the path of the cable cars.

Length: 5.6KM
Speed: Turtle speed in a relax mode
Time: 3-4 hours
Meeting Point: Bus stop in Nong Ping Village -- open area

How to get there: Take Bus 23 to Ngong Ping bus terminal from the Tung Chung station Exit B (about 50mins) or take the cable car (about 25mins)

Things you need to know:
1) Proper shoes
2) Proper clothes, sport wear
3) sunscreen, hat, umbrella,
4)1 L water or sport drink
5) Light Lunch/snack, apple, granola bar

    Hey fellowers, please make sure you have my number for tomorrow event. I will not check the attendees by end of tonite so please make sure you call when you're lost or not knowing how to get there!! I will spend my whole morning in Ngong Ping area so call me if you are earlier (say 1pm or 2pm) then I can be your guide tour! C ya!!
