We Build Pixie Houses!

The purpose of our group is to build Pixie houses for the pixies and fairies to visit. We want to inspire children to appreciate the environment and create a sense of well being. Anyone interested in Pixies, Fairies, and/or nature is encouraged to join us. We plan to have two Pixie Build events throughout the year. We encourage your participation and ideas for future builds as the first one is already planned. Aside from the two Pixie Builds we are working on other unique activities to have fun and connect with nature. (Not all activities will be Pixie but will be healthy, happpy and fairy fun!)

What is a Pixie house?

Pixie houses are small structures made for the pixies and fairies to visit. Sticks, bark, pebbles, shells, seaweed, and pinecones are just some of the natural materials used. These habitats are built by children, families, gardeners and nature lovers reflecting their creativity.

The goal of this event is to inspire children of all ages to appreciate the environment and create awareness. Our unique outdoor activity will encourage children and give them a sense of community and relaxation. Children, parents, grandparents, and anyone interested in pixies, fairies, and nature is encouraged to join us.
