A Course in Miracles Study Group

Please join us on Tuesdays for our weekly "A Course In Miracles" group. You are welcome to share, put forth questions, dialogue or simply listen - it’s a group effort! Our group is normally between 10-15 people.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
― Marianne WilliamsonA Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of "A Course in Miracles"

Reverend Shelley Downes and Jim Hensley will facilitate this group in a loving, safe environment.

To live as a fully realized being, one must recognize that this is the case, then find various ways to see it, and put into practice what you have learned.  This is a miracle.  A miracle is simply a change in perception. You already are enlightened.  A miracle doesn't take powerful healings or a so-called Act of God.  God has already acted.  Now it's time to come discover who you already are.

The textbook and practice lessons are valuable to your growth, but not necessary to come to this class and benefit from it.

Classes are free, but love donations are always welcome.

This is such an amazing group. I appreciate the discussion and input from those who have been practicing for many years.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
