Hey everybody - I created this Meetup as a way to make some new friends in Austin, with the thought that people who resonate with the same music are likely to resonate with each other too. "Pat Metheny Fandom" is a pretty specialized thing, so no doubt the group will be slow to grow to numbers where we can get some real groups together for outings, but once the numbers are there I'm thinking it might be fun to just go hear some live music in Austin together.
