The Power of Forgiveness – Letting Go of Anger & Resentment

Life is not always a walk in the park. We’re all faced with challenges and come up across situations that impact us in a negative way. We can never predict other people’s actions and intentions but how we react to these situations is totally up to us.
We can choose to forgive and let go or we can choose to be angry and carry resentment.
Forgiveness is not always easy though, but it is necessary for our spiritual and emotional growth.
Forgiving is not forgetting. It doesn’t mean that you are giving a free pass to the person who has hurt you but you are no longer allowing the circumstances affect you in a negative way.
Like Malachy McCourt said: “Resentment is like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die.”
No matter how much anger and resentment you have towards someone or something that will never change the situation.

How to find us: Once you enter the building, go through the big doors and through the factory, all the way straight to the back where you will see the big cafeteria.
