#5–15: Destiny of the Sands II: Race to Seeker's Folly (1-5)

A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1–5.

The Pathfinder Society has discovered the location of a powerful Osirian artifact secreted beneath the sands, but they are not the only ones who seek its power. The Pathfinders must endure the scalding Osirian desert, brave its inhabitants, and watch for hidden dangers if they are to survive. Can the PCs reach the ruins before their rivals claim the prize?

“Race to Seeker’s Folly” is the second scenario in the three-part Destiny of the Sands campaign arc. It follows Pathfinder Society Scenario #5–12: Destiny of the Sands—Part 1: "A Bitter Bargain" and is followed by Pathfinder Society Scenario #5–16: Destiny of the Sands—Part 3: "Sanctum of the Sages." All three chapters are intended to be played in order.

“Race to Seeker’s Folly” also contributes directly to the ongoing storyline of the Osirion faction.

Great time last night! We found out Paladins DO taste like chicken... sorry Kalten. Paladins also make great receptacles for greatswords... sorry Kalten. Abasi will never know what "could have been" with Sellana. She only wanted to spend the rest of YOUR life with you. Lets discuss when you want to do part 3. I will be out of town from 4/6 until 4/25 then I have 1d4 con until 4/27. This should give you ample time to lvl your 1s to 3+. Please discuss dates.

Great job GMing! Kalten had a bit of a rough night, but he played a meat shield well.

Alright Everyone. We have a 7th who really wants to play. I know that can make it boring for some, but I want to propose this to the group first. I would like everyone to chime in. The person coming would be Peter J our first wait listed player. He will bring a lvl 3Rogue/1Wiz. I am concerned that the higher tier could leave the battlefield littered with dead lvl 1s. But with higher risk comes higher reward. Could end up with more money!

Hey guys just a little info so you plan out your chars chronicles. This scenario is the 2nd part of a 3 part series. You need to complete all 3 in order to get the boon from the 3rd scenario. Also parts 1 & 2 are for levels 1-5 and part 3 is for levels 3-7. This has been a public service announcement.

I'm hoping you'll hold off on running part III for a bit so I can squeeze in to more scenarios and level up to three.

We can discuss as a group when I will do the 3rd part. I think some would want to go back and do part one at 1d4 con or wherever else runs that scenario.

One other thing... this scenario has a decent amount to do. I would like to start no later than 615pm. Please be ready.

Three paladins and a monk, huh? Sure hope you guys don't need someone good at lying, stealing, and backstabbing. : /
