We are a multi-faith community benefiting single moms and their children, teaching self reliant and sustainable lifestyles, as well as becoming a launching point for positive action in the world.

Please check out the links below for a better understanding of what we are trying to accomplish along with the work that we have ahead of us.

The Pay It Forward Farm is a tribute to founder, Christine Collins's mother, Nannie, who became a single mother in 1970 and was left with six small children to raise. The farm's purpose is to provide help and support to single mothers throughout the Tampa Bay Area who struggle to be the sole providers, nurturers and educators of their children.

So, does this mean that only single moms should be members of this group? NO! We welcome all who are genuinely interested in helping our moms and kids become healthy and self sufficient.

How can you help? Well ... we have 5 acres of land, 4 buildings in disrepair, several gardens to plant, no financial capital and BIG BIG DREAMS!

Plans for the farm include: Classrooms, a commercial kitchen, a child care facility, sustainable gardens, wood working shop, beekeeping, green houses and more! We host "work parties" every weekend to help reach our goals of providing this all encompassing, sustainable campus. Projects at the farm include, general building repair, painting, plumbing, landscaping, food preparation and more! No experience is needed to volunteer, just a genuine interest in helping our community of moms and kids.

Classes for moms at the farm include: Professional horticulture, cooking and nutrition, wood shop, gardening, child care etc ... If you have any experience in these or other areas and would like to explore the idea of sharing your expertise, we would love to hear from you!

Because we are just a mile and 1/2 off of the Suncoast trail, we are planning weekly bike rides with our moms and kids. In order to do this we need several bicycles. So, if you got a new bike for Christmas and and are looking for a home for your old one, we would be glad to take it off your hands!

In addition to helping single moms and their children we hope to plant seeds of love and kindness in their hearts as well as in the hearts of our great volunteers. As stewards of the Pay it Forward Farm, we will nurture these "seeds" helping them to become an abundant crop of more love and kindness paid forward into our local communities and the world at large.

We hope that you will join our Pay It Forward Farm meetup group and help us "change the world" by changing the lives of single mom families in our community.
