What an amazing meal! From the marvelous miso soup and the delicious pancake to the perfectly cooked root veggies to the sesame bars, it was an incredible meal. Who knew Macrobiotics could be
so delectable & mouth watering? Well done Gary & James!!! The speaker was also amazing! He not only spoke of how food affects one's body, but how it directly affects one's emotions. Fabulous speaker, fabulous information. You can choose your food and your mood.

Wow the crowds really showed up last night. Don't know if it was for Gary's savory pancakes, James' gingery salad, or Michael Rossoff's wisdom of the ages. Anyway you slice it, I'm going back for more.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
