Let's get together and cook a North Indian meal together.
Onion pakora for appetizer. Rajmah (kidney beans) masala, aloo gobhi (potato & cauliflower) curry, roti. We'll also make some vegan Indian dessert.
Limited to 7 people since my kitchen is small.

Please bring plate, cup and utensils.

I will provide soymilk, bring a beverage of your choice if you wish.

I will try to repeat this once a month until interest wanes.
