Potluck at Jon's House

It's been a while since our group had a potluck. I have no particular words to make the event sound more attractive. If someone would like to suggest a theme that would be fine. Perhaps we could watch a short film together.
We can coordinate the types of dishes we bring so it's not pure chance.
Any other suggestions?
