Invite people who will invite people who will invite people. This is a low-risk (bagels and lox?), high-reward (meet a life-long referral source?) meetup. Everyone gets five minutes (total!) to pass out cards, tell something about what you do, and (most important) tell us what a perfect referral would be for you that day: a potential customer, or employer, or resource, or vendor? Whoever you describe, someone there might know just the person.
