Take your shoes off and join us for a runner's strength and stability class to get you stronger this winter season!

We believe in order to run with less pain and to improve your running form you must first start by strengthening your body and becoming more balanced.

This class will address some of the core areas of weakness in runners - hip, calf and foot strength, balance, and flexibility. Bring your foam roller and yoga mat.

Cost is $10 - must Register in store by the Friday before the class.
