Join us tonight at 7pm for a conversation with Mary Hall about life in an egalitarian community, the Network for a New Culture, and egalitarian communities as a model for resilience and sustainable living. The presentation is brought to you by Our Community, a forming ecological, egalitarian community in Andover Borough, NJ.  Please follow this link for the conversation - You may also dial in by phone at[masked]-1560. Use the access code: 553197938.

Mary Hall has spent the last 12 years living in and visiting over 60 intentional communities. She has lived at an income sharing community, a permacult
ure demonstration site, an off the grid eco community on the big Island of Hawaii and a 65 year old spiritual community to name a few. She is passionate about intentional community and especially income sharing communities as a path to a sustainable future and has studied what humans in the western capitalist culture need to learn/unlearn in order to love one another enough to fairly share resources. This quest has led her to be involved with Network for a New Culture for the past nine years, in addition to learning from other human potential communities such as Shalom Mountain, Morehouse, reevaluation counseling and shadow work/Mankind project. Mary currently resides at Heathcote community, working to develop a community immersion program with the education committee and is on the board of the School of Living land trust.
