There Is Only Waterfall!

Yes, it sounds heretical for an agile meet-up but I'd at least like a chance to explain (before I'm lynched :-). I'd like to suggest and discuss what I think requirements, analysis, design and implementation are, and why they are still all important in agile development. This would be a somewhat academic discussion but I think relevant to agile practice and all involved in software development (from users, to business analysts, to designers and coders). Perhaps for a change of perspective?
