I sent an email to Jen Lancaster today to see if she is coming to Pittsburgh for her next book tour. I also typed up all the comments we wrote about her in the book club scrapbook. (I left out the two comments from people who didn't get to read the book & I combined the comments from the people who wrote them for both books). Here is our correspondence. She wrote back this afternoon!!!!

Sweet! Thanks for sending me this!
Although I know the tour this time isn't going to take me to Pittsburgh, let me know if you guys have questions that come up if you read the third book and I'll be happy to send along some answers.

I just wanted to email you & find out if you will ever be in Pittsburgh for your book tour. My book club has 40 active members & we have read both of your books. They were such fun. I keep a book club scrapbook listing comments we make on the chick books we read. The comments on your work include:
Angela: I love'd this book. So funny. Like the footnotes and her riches to rags saga! The second book was really fun to read, another great one!
Liselle: I thought I was the person talking in the book. I loved her sarcasm & how she said stuff out loud that I hear in my head. Can't wait to read the sequel next month! Loved the second book as much as the first one. Loved the sarcasm.
Cheri: I love this book & I am excited about reading the next one. Her humor is wonderful. Keeps me laughing out loud.
Shelley: I really enjoyed the book and the thoughts she discusses sounded exactly like what I think daily.
Tanya: Very funny stream of consciousness book. She says what everyone is thinking.
Diane: Jen Lancaster says what I think and the same experiences as I made my way into the trails & tribulations of adulthood. I loved the Chicago references.
Kathy: Very funny. Loved her description of temp work & her relationships - and mostly her description of her life & thoughts.
Kathryn: Extremely entertaining, I loved the footnotes!
Heather: I loved reading her make fun of people & everyday life.
Me: I thought this book was funny! Visit Jensylvania.com - it's a hoot! I look forward to the 3rd book. PS) Fletch REALLY loves her!
