Welcome to the Philadelphia Suburbs Single Parents Group. No one understands the unique challenges and joys of single parenting like other single parents. I have ran family and youth events for Valley Forge Chapter of Parents Without Partners for five years and have sat on the board as director of family and youth for a year. My goal in forming this group is to run a couple of kid events and maybe an adult event each month where single parents and there kids can make friends and interact with other single parents and there kids.
If you are a single parent, love being active, have a positive attitude, love getting out and socializing with other single parents that understand what it takes to be a single parent and are responsible when it comes to RSVPing for an event then this group is looking for you so get out and meet other single parents from the Philly burbs, make some new friends for yourself and find some new friends for your kids. Come on in and get comfortable the group is run by single parents like you, make this group your own, suggest activities, let us know about you and what you are looking to get out of our group.
