Unfortunately, I am unable to make it but was really looking forward to networking and finding some awesome jquery/javascript freelancers.

If anyone is interested in some freelancing work, please reach out at [masked]

    Thanks

I am still recovering from a horrible cold-like illness and I am going to need to sit this one out. Schedule permitting, I will definitely be at the next one! Sorry to miss this!!

    • James S.

I'm sorry to hear you're sick, I hope you feel better and can join us soon!

Hi everyone - thanks for letting me join your Meetup group. I'm an IT recruiting consultant. Working with a Phila based startup that was just funded. Looking for HTML5/JavaScript developers. Looking forward to meeting you all at next meetup.
    Thanks,
    Tom

For someone a little west of this location could someon e please tell me is there free parking or is best to use septa?

    March 21, 2013

    • James S.

This is from the representative at the Quorum: I would suggest taking Septa to 34th Street and walking up to the Science Center. While there isn’t free parking, there is plenty of on street parking options, especially at night.

This is exciting and I look forward to meet JavaScript Developers at this meetup.

A little background about me - I am the founder of HootBoard - where we create an online experience for your trusted community bulletin board. This is my 3rd startup and I am always looking for the right partners to help execute.

At HootBoard we use JavaScript a lot and I am thoroughly amazed by what the latest JS frameworks can do.

Can't make it this time around :(

    March 17, 2013

  • Vlad B.

Sorry, I will be out of Country

    March 14, 2013

  • Fred S.

Downtown Philly is too far. Western suburbs?

    February 10, 2013

    • Pam S.

Maybe there's a suburban JS group for you? And University City is not downtown PHL, and is convenient to regional rail.

      February 21, 2013

  • Charles K.

Maybe next time. Not so interested in extJS :)

    February 8, 2013

    • Howard T.

ExtJs is proprietary right? I tend to stick to OSS, I'll probably skip this one as well.

      February 11, 2013

    • Pam S.

Orrr you could go anyway, because it's JavaScript. ExtJS/Sencha do very interesting things for mobile that I haven't seen in many other places, although things are catching up.

Looking forward to learning more about ExtJs.
