Get Unstuck! Script Workshop

Getting Unstuck, Part 2.

Participants enter their name "in the hat" and one writer will be selected at random for the hot seat. Those not selected can observe and participate as the group instructor delves into storytelling as it applies to one writer's screenplay. Names remain in the hat until the next workshop, thus improving the chances of being selected. Eventually, everyone will get a chance to sit in wthe hot seat and receive E.A.'s specialty treatment to their script.

While E.A. asks questions and explores the story of this lucky volunteer, other workshop members will develop a new process of "breaking a story" to apply to their own scripts.

Explore ideas around characters or events that commonly elude writers, and then draw these elements into your story. Have fun playing with ideas that have been rattling around your brain.

Watch E.A. develop storytellers and filmmakers. Be inspired to share your deepest truths through your scripts.
