Members are invited to come prepared to do a 3 minute presentation on
• The most important thing/area you track, e.g. weight, steps, sleep, productivity……
• Why is it useful to track that specific thing/area?
• What tools you use – app, device, self-created tool?
• How is the tool used? Any results you want to share

Jethro Heiko (who attended his first meetup with us in November), and his Action Mill colleagues have agreed to host the meetup and plan to run a short exercise after the presentations to support people making connections with one another to improve and expand upon our various approaches to QS.

At 8 pm, we can adjourn for continued conversations and libations at Prohibition, 501 N. 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA.
