We're a group of local WordPress developers, designers, and publishers who get together to share our knowledge and experience, and to meet other WordPress users in the area. We love working with WordPress in a variety of different ways. Join us and learn about WordPress and all it has to offer! Meet other local users of WordPress, the Internet's most popular blogging platform and fastest growing content management system. Gather and discuss the best ways to work WordPress, develop and design themes and plugins, tips and tricks for WordPress, and more. This Group is for beginners and experts alike so come out and share your love for WordPress! We plan on discussing a variety of topics including WordPress usage, designing WordPress Themes and styles, creating WordPress Plugins and Widgets, and using WordPress to its full potential. This is going to be a fun and informal way to meet WordPress fanatics just like yourself and share your experiences with the popular open source software. WordPress MS, BuddyPress, and bbPress enthusiasts are also very welcome to attend! An Evening of Lightning Talks

All are welcome! Whether you're new to WordPress or have been building websites for years, this meetup is a great opportunity to discover new ideas, meet local WordPress enthusiasts, and connect with others in the community.
A lightning talk is a short, 10 to 20-minute presentation covering WordPress topics, such as web design, development, business, accessibility, plugins, and more.
