Welcome to the Philanthropic Photography Group. The ultimate goal of this group is to raise money for charity through our photography. We'll meet several times a year for photography outings, and once a year we'll hold a benefit that showcases our photography while supporting our chosen causes.
This group was born from a brainstorming session with myself, Liz, and Liz's brother Rich who is currently battling ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). ALS also claimed the life of their mother in 1996. The Mackney family is an inspiration and focus on what CAN be done, rather than what has been lost.
Each day brings us closer to a cure for ALS and countless other diseases that affect our family and friends. Your participation can make it happen! We hope you'll join us on this meaningful journey.
We are a new group, so please have patience as we work out the kinks and details!
