2 years ago when weeding through horrible client content. It included so much stuff that it didn't communicate any ideas. There was no through line. It didn't relate to business objectives. Our UX Designer then turned me on to Halvorson's book. Aha!

A client at PolyMedex really knows his market, the people he's trying to reach and what's important to the different population. It was a breeze to help him prioritize his messaging.
Vitas Hospice. The organization really cares about making sick and dying people more comfortable, but they don't differentiate themselves from the hospice groups that use and abuse people from positions of power in the healthcare system.
PM for web, interactive and video development, with a PMP. A passion for learning, helping people and working ethically. A broad background in entertainment, marketing, business process redesign, project management, finance and corporate business.
The group, its leaders and members have passion and knowledge. They share ideas freely and support alternative viewpoints. So far, it's a healthy environment for sharing and learning.
