Expert speaker series - Legal environment of Enterprise SaaS

Topic of presentation: "The Legal Environment of Enterprise SaaS"
Chris Erb of the Erb Law Firm will discuss the legal environment of Enterprise SaaS solutions.
Specific topic will include data security, contracts, end-of-contract issues, and more. Legal issues related to SaaS and on-premise will be compared and contrasted. International law related to privacy and security will be introduced and evolving elements of SaaS law will be examined.

About the speaker: J. Christopher Erb is an attorney and principal with the Erb Law Firm, PC. His primary practice areas include corporate and contract law for international and domestic corporations, as well as Internet law issues. Chris is familiar with both German and American corporate law, and has worked extensively with international clients. He is an adjunct faculty member at the Temple University School of Law.
