We are a 27 week program focused on improving fitness and helping people achieve their endurance sports goals.
We offer full and half marathon training in a fun and non-intimidating environment.
Beginners welcome! It's OK if you are new to the sport or aren't very fast...more than half of our members run or walk slower than a 10 minute mile.
It's OK if you don't want to focus on a goal race but just want to come out to exercise with friends.
