Philly EdTech Meetup - DEMO NIGHT!

It's time for another Philly EdTech Meetup Demo Night to kick off the academic year!  These are our most popular events. Watch the demos and give feedback!

Companies who demo will have 5 minutes and 20 slides that advance every 15 seconds to share their company product.  It's fast paced and fun.

We will choose 5 companies to demo, and they will be notified by Thursday September 4th.

Presenters:

Yellowdig                                                                       Shaunak Roy

Harrisburg University of Science & Technology     Andy Petroski

Council for Aid to Education (CWRA+)                 Lee Finkelstein

Boxly                                                                                Michael Raber

Mobile Info Pros                                                                Josh Maleeff

Langbourne Rust Research                                       Langbourne Rust,                                                                                                                              William Bean

We're thrilled to announce that this Meetup will be sponsored by the PreK - 12 Learning Group of the Association of American Publishers.  Food!  Drink!  And additional feedback from industry experts.

As always, many thanks to Venturef0rth for allowing us to use their fantastic space.

Hope everyone is enjoying their summer!

Excellent meeting and a wide variety of innovative tech. As I mentioned to the people I met, as the Exec Dir of the PA/DE/NJ Distance Learning Association http://www.padla.org I wholeheartedly recommend that all attend our 10/14/14 Virtual Trade Show and our 12/16/14 12th Annual Conference & Expo. I was a little late, but saw 3 of the demos. As always, nice to chat with folks and find out what is happening on Philly EdTech scene. If you are a Computer Science Teacher at the k-16 arena, consider joining CSTA>>Philly (Computer Scients Teachers Association. https://sites.google.com/site/cstaphilly/

Very interesting stuff tonight, and more importantly, great to connect with fellow ed advocates. Thanks for the opportunity to share our performance based approach to measuring what really matters. http://cae.org/students/high-school-student/what-is-cwra/
