Abstract:
Mike will be presenting on solutions and approaches to
• Leverage Jaspersoft for canned reporting against Hadoop/Hive
• Use Cloudera's Impala to get near SQL like performance out of ad-hoc data analysis
• Creating a federated data source to reduce or eliminate the need to do ETL processing
• Embedding these analytics into 3rd party applications.

Mike LaSpina is a Solutions Consultant with Jaspersoft division of Tibco corp. He is an Arizona native and have been in consulting and pre-sales for over 20 years.
