Meet with other local people who are interested in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®).
I've found that there is not a well-established local community of interest here in the Phoenix area for interacting around this very widely-used approach to understanding psychological and personality type.
My interest is the application of MBTI in organizations of all kinds, and am interested to find others in the Phoenix area who are using MBTI, whether as a consultant or as someone who is just looking to apply this approach to your own situation.

Hi Everyone -
With so much happening between now and the end of the year I'm going to suggest January 26 for our next Meetup. I appreciate the feedback that did come in with ideas for our meetings --- please, let's hear from more of you! We'll plan again on meeting at the Sportsmans Wine Bar on Scottsdale and Shea at 7 PM.

In the meantime, please feel free to let me know if there is anything I can do or help with in the MBTI arena. To answer your question -- the underlying theory behind MBTI is based on the work of Carl Jung, who believed that there is a psychological type that is inborn.
