around 20 miles
Ran cross-country and 3 marathons in college years, now just one or two races per year 5K to 1/2 marathon distances. Also a beginner triathlete.
Google search for running groups. Pheet were the second one I found and much better organized.
3 to 4 runs a week, mixed with some Cross Fit
Keen group of runners, and good organizers
