Welcome Everyone!!! It's about time that Raw foods have become an important way of life here in our very own city of Phoenix. If you're interested in learning how to prepare, what to buy, or just want to pick someones brain on their thoughts of Raw food, then please come and join us for one of our fabulous Meetups.

Our group varies in location every month. Our wonderful members volunteer their homes or we find a wonderful park to meet at. We have no set schedule on when our meetups will be but they will always be on a weekend. Take a look at the next one scheduled and if it works with your schedule, then come on over and meetup with us! We love seeing new faces and new Raw Dishes.

Your organizers Patrici and Monica will do all that we can to help accommodate you and your needs just email us and we will see what we can do. Please remember that this is a RAW event and ALL food that is brought must be RAW. If you don't know what to make for the first one, bring a fruit bowl or check our message board to find something fun to make. We would love to see you out there enjoying this fun and wonderfully healthy way of eating.
