Join us for our monthly meeting as Austin Yount presents a student project he has been working on called "From Ashes". It is being developed inside the Unreal Engine 4.9 and uses nothing but built in tools for gameplay. The game is an isometric Multiplayer Online Battle Arena. It's being developed by 5 students from the Arts Institute of Phoenix.

Austin will discuss in detail:

• Our target gameplay, how over the development we changed our game to achieve that

• How we handled collisions

• Timing character abilities and keeping the animations timed across multiplayer

Stick around after the presentation to ask questions and chat with other active Unreal Engine developers.
