Welcome to the Los Angeles Photoshop User Group - (LAPUG - Established Feb. 2008)!!
We're LA's own Photoshop LEARNING and SHARING Community of Sincere Photoshop Users, Students and Teachers
Therefore, those eager to LEARN, TEACH and SHARE all things PHOTOSHOP are welcome to join us at anytime..
We all know how cool Photoshop is.. But if you're like me, you're usually confronted with TWO dilemmas every time you need to do something with it...
1. Identify the problem - the WHAT... (That's not always obvious! "Photo is off but how to fix it?" Brightness? Contrast? Hue? Saturation?)
2. Come up with the "RIGHT" solution.. the HOW.. Well, it turns out, as you have all discovered, that MANY Photoshop Roads (Levels? Curves? Channels? Layers? Masks? Paths? Layer Masks? Etc..) might lead to Rome.. Some great, some easy, some er.. sucky, well.... You get the picture..
So if you're like me, you use what you know.. What works for you... What has worked for you.. Possibly the WORST tool for the job!.. You're not alone! You have "connections".. The LA Photoshop Users at Meetup!
